You may request an appointment through the link below, email, or phone.

Please remember that an appointment is a commitment as it blocks another from selecting the time you've booked. Therefore, you MUST cancel the appointment through the online calendar OR by contacting us directly by phone or text for any changes. A last minute cancelation (within 5 days) or failure to appear at mediation will result in a fee of at least 1 hour.

Appointments are scheduled in half-day increments beginning at 9:00 am or 1:00 (or 1:30) pm. and are scheduled for three (3) hours. Appointment times may be adjusted to suit your schedule. Simply indicate your preferred time in the notes when requesting an appointment and we will try our best to accommodate you.

If you are scheduling a court-appointed mediation, please select and schedule your date on the calendar. You must then notify the appropriate court staff member of your selection. The court's mediation specialist will complete the necessary paperwork and send court notices to all parties, including the mediator.

COURT FEES: All court programs require mediation fees be paid in advance or the mediation may be canceled. Tampa Bay Mediation does not collect these fees for you; court fees must be made to the appropriate Clerk of Court. All questions on fees or policies should be directed to the appropriate court mediation program.

ZOOM Mediations: Tampa Bay Mediation is conducting mediations via an online platform and does not maintain mediation offices at this time. If you require in-person mediation, there may be an additional fee for office space or travel. There is no charge for reasonable travel within the Tampa Bay area.
