Founded in 2005, Tampa Bay Mediation was created to provide individuals, families, and businesses with a practical and affordable alternative to litigation. Our mission is simple: to help people resolve conflict efficiently, respectfully, and on their own terms.

While we are highly experienced in business and complex multi‑party disputes, our work extends far beyond the corporate setting. We also support families navigating sensitive personal matters—including divorce, custody, child support, estate and inheritance issues, and decisions involving parental care, support, or guardianship. No matter the situation, we offer a structured, compassionate environment where every voice is heard.

Our mediators have collectively facilitated hundreds of successful resolutions across a wide range of disputes, including landlord–tenant matters, homeowner association concerns, automobile repair disagreements, employee conflicts, wedding‑related issues, consumer complaints, and business contract disputes. This breadth of experience allows us to approach each case with insight, neutrality, and a deep understanding of the dynamics that drive conflict.

At Tampa Bay Mediation, we believe that mediation empowers people to move forward with clarity, dignity, and control—without the cost, delay, or stress of traditional litigation.
